We absolutely want to make sure you are happy with your orders, so we will carefully listen to you and make every effort to help fix the situation. We will take all steps to make sure your package gets to you, but if packages are ever deemed lost, we will gladly replace the lost items!

Our default free shipping method for 18"x12" posters is USPS First Class Mail Domestic with tracking. This normally takes about 1 - 4 business days (a total of 2 - 6 regular days), but may be slower due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

To help our customers save money on shipping, mini 6"x4" prints do not have tracking at this time since they ship in a stamped, machinable 4.5"x6.4" envelope via USPS First Class Mail, which normally takes 1 - 3 business days.

We use USPS First Class International for our worldwide shipping! Below are usual wait times (which may be severely impacted by COVID-19):

+ Canada: about 1 - 2 weeks
+ Europe: about 1 - 3 weeks
+ Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: about 1 - 3 weeks
+ Asia Pacific: about 1 - 4 weeks

If you need your package sooner, you can choose the "Priority Mail [6 - 10 days]" shipping upgrade during checkout. Please note this method may also be delayed by COVID-19.

We will always endeavor to ship out your packages as soon as possible! Shipping estimates vary for different regions in the world, so I am very grateful for your patience with the broadness of the following delivery time estimates! We'll do all we can to decrease your wait times.

Dear international non-U.S.A. customers,

Please be aware that you will likely have to pay import taxes, customs duties, VAT taxes, and/or handling fees on your package when it arrives in your country!

These fees are government-mandated taxes on imported goods, and are the responsibility of the buyer. It is illegal for the seller to pay these fees on the buyer's behalf. For more information, please contact your local customs office or postal service.

These fees may be somewhat high depending on the country, order cost, and package size/weight, so it may be best to calculate them prior to ordering to avoid an unpleasant surprise!

Posters and mini prints will not have watermarks, but I do add a little social media sticker onto the back of each poster or mini print in case customers need to reach out!

Stickers and other items may have a tiny text watermark in the corner that reads "muddymelly". Each product description should specify if a watermark is included or not, and product photos also include this information.

We want to do all we can to help our customers and their loved ones stay very safe, healthy, and protected in these worrisome times. We adhere to very careful sanitation measures in regards to our shipping materials and art prints.

All shipping materials and art were sourced from local American manufacturers prior to the first unfortunate outbreak of coronavirus in the U.S.

My little family (my two supportive sisters and helpful husband) and I have been under voluntary self-quarantine since March 2, and we've all been working from home since last year and keeping up with the latest coronavirus developments and effective measures.

Out of the countries we can ship to right now, we are able to automatically provide tracking to and throughout the following countries:

+ Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, The Netherlands, United Kingdom

Packages shipped to the above countries will receive full tracking scans from pickup to delivery through the USPS International Electronic Delivery Confirmation program, also known as E-DELCON.

Regrettably, we are currently unable to offer tracked shipping to the following countries, but we will keep working on alternative solutions:

+ Ireland, South Korea

I enclose 18"x12" art posters in a protective plastic sleeve before sandwiching them between sturdy cardboard sheets and securing everything together with painter's tape. I then put these "cardboard + print sandwiches" into sturdy bubble mailers or padded, stiff envelopes. We will do our very best to ensure your orders are protected against the rigors of postal travel!

Orders consisting of only 6"x4" photos will be packed between thick sheets of cardstock. At the moment, we use 129 lb weight (AKA 350 GSM or 17.5 pt) cardstock.

We then enclose those mini prints and cardstock pieces within sturdy 95 lb white paper envelopes or 100 lb kraft paper envelopes.
